Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.As part of the Treasury Organization, the Corporate Finance Analyst reports to the Corporate Finance Manager and applies principles of finance to analysis and modeling of the company's capital structure, credit profile, financings and other transactions. Analysis will be used by senior management (Treasurer, CFO) to make decisions related to corporate finance topics, including capital allocation and capital structure.Key Responsibilities include:Develop and maintain financial models to analyze corporate finance issues including credit metrics, interest rate swaps, liability management, and commodity risk; assist Corporate Finance Manager in preparing presentations and recommendations for senior managementModel share repurchase and dividend alternatives to determine impact on key financial metricsAnalyze and prepare reports on peer activity regarding capital structure, capital deployment, capital markets transactions, and financial policyPerform analysis for ad hoc corporate finance projects such as FX, interest rate and commodity hedging, counterparty credit analysis, commercial paper program management, and acquisition capacityPrepare presentations and recommendations for senior managementSupport the execution of capital markets transactions including share repurchases and debt issuances and oversee debt covenant complianceCollaborate with other corporate departments to prepare forecasts, collect information, and/or implement Treasury activitiesInterface with Investment Banks to monitor market trends and apply best practices to the company's capital markets strategySupport quarterly activity related to financial statement preparationBasic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Finance or related field with a minimum 6 years of experience in an analytical role OR a Master's and 4 years of experience.Familiarity with debt capital markets, financial statement analysis and corporate credit rating analysisStrong analytical capabilities with quantitative focus; advanced MS Office Excel modeling skillsPreferred Qualifications:Investment Banking, Corporate Finance, and/or Financial Planning & Analysis backgroundMBA or similar master's degreeSalary Range: 83600 - 125400Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
