Parker+Lynch is seeking a Valuation Director for a permanent position in Washington DC. Reporting to the Senior Vice President of Valuation, the role will contribute to portfolio valuations and special projects across a global private equity firm.DutiesAssist in valuing each portfolio investment by building the necessary cash flow and valuation models, reviewing investment models, and operating reports, and researching industry-specific eventsContribute to the preparations for, and participate in, regular portfolio reviewsIncorporate third-party data into modeling and analytics toolsManage a database of relevant market-based and transaction-based statisticsManage capital asset pricing models and option pricing models - build models not already createdContribute to corporate finance matters, including diligence requests, back-leverage tests, and one-time projectsCommunicate with upper management and investorsMinimum QualificationsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or EconomicsMinimum of 8+ years' experience in investment banking, asset management, corporate finance, or a valuation roleStrong analytical and quantitative skillsExcellent financial modeling killsExcellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skillsStrong organizational and time management skillsFor immediate consideration, please send your resume to will.cumings@parkerlynch.com
