Responsibilities focus on the following for a portfolio of Class A commercial properties in Washington, DC (Multiple Buildings totaling 300k SF):FINANCIALPrepare and manage annual income and expense accrual budgetsPrepare comprehensive monthly financial packages to include monthly cash flow reforecasting and variance reporting of both income and expensesTennant account analysis and Accounts Receivable managementOPERATIONSRegular property inspections to ensure satisfactory curb appeal and compliance with all facets of a commercial propertyCoordinate tenant and building construction projects to ensure timely and accurate completion of projectsAccountable for all business and management aspects; overseeing the operations, maintenance, biddings and negotiations of vendor contracts for maintenance and/or property improvementsTENANT RELATIONSFoster positive relationships with tenants, responsive to tenant requests and ensure compliance with tenant leases, frequent tenant meetingsLANDLORD RELATIONSInterface with third-party owners, accounting and lease administration team members to ensure total compliance, including preparation of accurate and timely reportingQualifications:Prior Commercial Real Estate Property Management Experience to include REIT managementIn-depth knowledge of financial terms and principlesAbility to prepare annual accrual budgets and monthly reforecasts of income and expensesExcellent communication skillsIndependent work ethicValid driver's licenseExcel 4+ years' experienceYardi 3+ years' experienceCPM or RPA designations preferredBenefits:Medical, vision and dental benefits, life insurance short-term and long-term company-paid disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings account, paid time off, 401(k) with company-match, professional membership reimbursement, training and development, cell phone allowance and mileage reimbursement.*MUST PASS BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING
