Responsibilities: Vectorworks, Inc. seeks a self-starter, assertive, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Marketing Intern for the 2022 internship sessions. If you have a passion for marketing, business, and public relations and would like the opportunity to experience the full scope of marketing services, keep reading to learn more about this opportunity!You'll make an impact by:Collaborating with designers, product marketing, sales and external stakeholders to produce relevant content and translate ideas and concepts into compelling brand stories that meets the needs of both key stakeholders and our target audiencesSupporting global distribution by providing solutions to drive sales and increase leadsWorking as part of team to develop, draft, and edit existing and new website and e-newsletter contentMarketing active programs including email promotions, mailing campaigns, social media campaigns, etc.Creating reports to analyze the successes and failures of marketing campaignsCreating and conduct market research to improve existing programsAssembling and ship direct mail and sales literature deliverablesCollaborating with team members on new projects and ideas Qualifications: About you:A background in marketing or related fields, and a strong interest in pursuing a career in marketing, sales, or business administrationA GPA above 3.0Interest in building our student user population by contributing to the creation an execution of marketing programs focused on engaging university studentsInterest in learning how a global channel operates to build marketing programs that can be deployed across international markets and industriesExcellent research, writing and organization skillsHigh motivation and the ability to work easily in both large team environments and independentlyFamiliarity with digital media, social networks, online forums and bloggingAbility to develop initiatives that meet brand objectives along with increasing web traffic, boosting sales, producing a return on investment, or demonstrating measurable consumer awarenessAbility to analyze, measure and report on program engagement metricsExperience with Net-results, Constant Contact, MailChimp or similar e-newsletter service is helpfulHands-on experience with marketing-related assignments and interactionsPrior internship experience at a public relations or marketing firm or corporate communications or marketing department is preferredAbility to build reputation or influence across online communities through thought leadershipEligibility requirements for internships:Internships requires working a minimum of 16 hours per week with a maximum of 40 hours per weekYou must be at least 18 years of age, enrolled in an undergraduate program entering your junior or senior year, enrolled in a graduate program, or a recent graduate (no more than 6 months upon graduation)This is a paid internship and compensation will be based on applicant's qualifications. We currently do not provide housing, relocation, or transportation reimbursement.
