The PositionCopywriters are responsible for concepting and writing results-oriented marketing content for campaigns supporting Renegade and our clients. Copywriters work with the Creative Team to execute on established strategy for a variety of elements within multi-channel campaigns and must be able to deliver high-quality creative based off brand strategy. Responsibilities:Collaborate with Creative, Account Management and Media teams to develop creative concepts.Develop clear, concise and tailored copy for individual customer segments, various business segments, and products to consistently amplify the brand message across multiple communications channels.Work closely with internal teams to ensure copy, tone and style are consistent with visual tone, style and brand guidelines.Required Skills:A minimum of 2 years of professional writing experience working on an in-house marketing team or in a creative agency.Excellent written and oral communications abilities, proofreading and editing skills, creativity and a passion for creating engaging and relevant content.Solid understanding of creative development process - from concept to execution.The ability to prioritize and manage a variety of tasks, sometimes under pressure and with tight deadlines.Must be able to understand business objectives and audience demographics to successfully communicate through copy.Strong critical thinking skills with the ability to present ideas effectively while being receptive to feedback from others.Must be professional, organized and resourceful with a team player mentality, and equally capable of working independently and self-sufficiently.Experience with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).Preferred Skills. A college degree in English, Communications, Advertising, Marketing or a related field.. Knowledge and understanding of creative services including branding, strategy, design, web development, video and postproduction.. Understanding of SEM with the ability to write for both people and search engines.. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite..
