Our employees are not only part of history, they're making history.Northrop Grumman Enterprise Services is seeking a Manager Computer Systems Analysis 3 to manage our Converged Networks NGPCN Program. The selected candidate will become part of Northrop Grumman's Enterprise Services, an organization of highly skilled and diverse individuals responsible for leading Agile teams that support important work across every Northrop Grumman sector. A part-time remote work arrangement will be considered, with the understanding that the selected candidate will be required to work in a Northrop Grumman cleared facility 2 to 3 days per week. When not working remotely, the selected candidate will be required to work in a Northrop facility in one of the following 3 locations: Linthicum, MD; Redondo Beach, CA; or Rolling Meadows, ILRoles and responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:Engage with stakeholders and customers to establish vision, requirements, and needs of the organization/program.Provide direction and support to Product Owners and ensure they understand the priority and flow of the work for the teams.Plan and prioritize the backlog for the product and ensure product completeness with defined releases and program increments.Participate in all Agile activities.Program Increment Planning.Review and contribute to the program vision.Work with System Architects and Engineering to understand and support NGPCN strategy and execution.Work closely with stakeholders to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value for each program.Keep abreast with Lean-Agile/Scrum best practices and trends.Regularly communicate with stakeholders.Research and analyze markets, users, and third-parties to help define the roadmap for the product.Basic Qualifications:Bachelor's degree with 12 years of relevant work experience, or a Master's degree with 10 years of relevant work experience, or a PhD with 8 years of relevant work experience.Must have experience in communicating with various levels of leadership.Active DoD Secret security clearance and the ability to maintain the required clearance.IT Background with understanding of network, server, and application deployment.Understanding and knowledge of RMF and deployment within the DoD security Framework.Preferred Qualifications:Experience leading cross functional initiatives and working with stakeholders and subject matter experts (SMEs) to identify and refine requirements.Past Agile experience, preferably as Product Owner.Experience with traditional project management skills: managing budget, scheduling, estimating, etc.Exceptional communication and meeting facilitation skills, both in-person and virtual.Excellent organizational and time management skills.Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Team-player with a strong work ethic and ability to proactively execute.Familiarity with enterprise datacenter architectures and technologies.Familiarity with virtualization and cloud computing technologies.Familiarity with NISPOM and RMF standards.Salary Range: 144100 - 226400Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
