Learn more at or connect with us on Facebook and Twitter.DescriptionPatient Dining Mobilization ManagerManager of Patient Dining Mobilization is responsible for transitioning programs from self op or competitor business to Aramark standards and programs. They will ensure full implementation of Aramark's standards, programs, procedures, and policies to include menus, recipes, service, image and communication for menu distribution and collection, diet office, tray assembly and delivery.They will be accountable for the success, effectiveness, on-time delivery, and business outcomes of the patient dining program transition.Perform healthcare account activation duties for patient dining. Align program sold to implementation planWork in partnership with all stakeholders for patient dining, tailoring an opening plan as needed, ensuring successful account openingProvides hands-on support during activation planning period, "go live" and throughout the 30, 60, 90-day windowEnsure full implementation of Aramark's standards, procedures and policies to include menu distribution and collection, diet office requirements and procedures, tray assembly and delivery standards using Aramark program standards for menus, recipes, service, image and communication.Throughout ensure regulatory requirements and industry standards are met.Work with identified operations team to manage a practical implementation checklist and handoff of activation in a simple, rigorous, and measurable manner. Ensure appropriate documentation is completedEnable delivery with speed and agility by clearly understanding all challenges and opportunitiesIdentify and perform trainings as needed.Exhibit creativity to solve for presented challenges regarding program implementation. Provide troubleshootingEnable identification, resolution, and potential escalation of issues and mid-course correction/revision of plansValidate the expected plan execution and outcomes as defined/desired by Client/AramarkIdentify and manage risks that may impede the plan success. Quickly manage up unexpected or unresolved concerns throughout.Continually bring perspective based on input/feedback and identify ways to improve effectiveness/efficiency while simultaneously leveraging effective practicesFoster support and relationships by developing a strong level of trust and credibility with all stakeholders; act as an operator advocate throughout the processUtilize deliberate influence strategies to impact, shape, or re-direct the behaviors of others without formal authorityTranslate and communicate information, implications, and recommendations using clear written and verbal skills appropriately with a diverse audienceLeverage subject matter expertise to proactively expedite task actionsProfessional DevelopmentMaintain dietetic registration and continuing education requirements.Maintain state licensure based upon applicable state requirements.Develop and implement an individualized portfolio plan for professional growth and development including participation in professional organizations and activities, workshops, seminars, and staff development programs.Performs other related duties as required.QualificationsSkills/Abilities:Knowledge of menu programs and standards to include use of KIL, recipes, menus, diet office practices and software, menu distribution and collection, tray assembly and delivery, service, image and communication practices. Working knowledge of Aramark's patient menu programDemonstrate accountability for the proper use of patients' protected health information.Demonstrate ability to plan, design and implement a strategic planKnowledge of modern foodservice administration, principles, and practices within a healthcare environment.Knowledge of regulatory agency standards including CMS, TJC, DNV, etc.Knowledge of and rationale for therapeutic diets.Knowledge of nutrient analysis, word processing, and spreadsheet software.Ability to communicate effectively in written, verbal, and electronic formats with all levels of the organization.Ability to generate ideas and think creatively.Ability to monitor and maintain financial goals.Ability to function independently and work without immediate supervision.Ability to organize and prioritize work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.Ability to work on multiple tasks simultaneously demonstrating project management capabilitiesSkilled in delivering presentations to small and large groups.Strong interpersonal skills.QUALIFICATIONS: Describe experience, education and related course work typically required or expected to perform essential job functions.Certification/License: Registered Dietitian with active registration by the Commission on Dietetic Registration of the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics; Certification/Licensure as required by state of practice. Master's degree preferred.Education/Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in acute care patient dining operations with more than one type of patient dining delivery model experience. Multi-site responsibilities preferred. Has a working knowledge of CBORD.
