Our team is extremely small and flat, so you must enjoy working in a low-structure environment, thrive in a start-up environment, and have a passion for getting things done.When you're changing the paradigm of how identity is attested and managed, developing the business requires a canny combination of empathy, evangelism and keen business sense. We're looking for a proven early-stage B2B product marketing manager who can help Airside develop strong solutions, marketing understanding and materials for our Digital Identity Network. The candidate should be a strong marketer who can understand how to position the Airside vision and iterate on solutions marketing with adopters for our services. Success in this role will be measured by the effectiveness in defining core messaging and positioning for external and internal stakeholders, as well as detailing our services in a way that demonstrates clear and valuable enterprise engagement, easier consumer experience, and overall growth of our identity network.Key Responsibilities: Understand the overall marketing strategy, its implications for overall product marketing, and the development of marketing approach, tactics, and content.Define personas and user experience, develop resulting messaging, buyer definition, marketing tactics, marketing strategy, email marketing. Craft product value proposition and positioning statements based on specific personas.Create marketing assets supporting customers, focused on needs, solutions, and benefits centered on digital identity.Design, write and review marketing content, including website text, mobile app microcopy, App Store copy, taking into consideration ASO and SEO optimization strategies.Drive and own product launch process on for aspects of the product go to market (GTM) activities, including maintaining marketing project plansAbout You:Undergraduate degree in marketing, business, or technology with 5 - 7 years product marketing or product management experience with a demonstrated mobile app DNAStrong product management experience and creative skills across various deployment platforms, including documentation, presentation, video, graphics, and related assetsExperience with website management tools (eg, Wordpress) and analytical measurement plansExperience in identity management for the travel, finance and/or health records segment is desirable.Strong problem solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done within smaller organizations.Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.Exceptional oral and written communication skills.Job Type: Full-time, Remote or in Herndon, VA officeAbout Airside Airside is based in Herndon, VA, with additional offices in Herndon, VA, Raleigh, NC and Innsbruck, Austria.
