We achieve industry-leading results in customer satisfaction, driving high occupancy, and positive health outcomes.The Senior Systems Administrator's role is to design, administer, and optimize company servers and related technologies to achieve high performance of the various business applications supported by the network. Further, the Senior Systems Administrator will provide guidance and recommendations to junior team members in network operations and to upper management in planning new technology implementations and updatesHow you will make an impact:Serve as cornerstone for ownership and resolution of server issues; provide timely response to customer escalations. In addition, serve as expert opinion for escalation of issues from junior team members.Perform file system configuration and management; define and perform server backups and recovery procedures.Plan and implement server upgrades, maintenance fixes, and vendor-supplied patches.Check Service Desk database for entries on server and server resource issues; prioritize and respond to service/incident tickets as appropriate.Troubleshoot and monitor system performance in multi-tier system environment.Manage enterprise directory services and supporting server infrastructure.Define and implement strategies for integrating disparate operating environments.Recommend and execute modifications to server environment in order to improve efficiency, reliability, and performance.Develop and maintain training materials and server documentation.Provide expert technical guidance to the other members of the Server Operations team, and represent the Server Operations team in cross-functional teams across the departmentProvide after-hours support as part of an on-call rotation What we offer:A "career for life" approach to professional and personal development for our greatest asset, our employees.
