Are you ready to join an already winning team and help us continue to grow for years to come?Our Newest Opportunity: The Business Development Executive (BDE) is responsible for developing new business opportunities and closing sales to achieve established annual sales goals. The BDE works closely and in partnership with Business Development Associates and/or marketing team to identify and cultivate leads, as well as effectively close business. Effective communication, listening, and strategic selling skills are critical to success. Responsibilities: Identifies, prospects and closes new business via referrals, networking sources, and organic prospect meetingsWorks closely with BDA's and/or marketing team to strategically nurture and cultivate prospectsCloses sales and meets or exceeds aggressive quarterly and annual revenue goalsBuilds rapport and business relationships quickly and effectively via face-to-face and phone, social media, blogs, and other thought leadership opportunitiesEducates prospects on business trends, compliance, products evolution, and company value propositionManages sales pipeline and sales activities via company database (Microsoft CRM)Attends association events and meetings based on targeted verticalsEstablishes vendor relationships and develop referral sourcesSeeks opportunities for speaking engagements with select association verticalsRequirements:Must possess the ability to forecast opportunities and penetrate new business on a daily basisPossess excellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to articulate the company's value proposition and capabilitiesMust be PC proficient and familiar with database applications, Microsoft Office, and contact management toolsHave a great attitude, strong work ethic, be ethical, and punctualHave the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environmentPossess highly effective consultative selling skillsAbility to work in a team environmentOrganizational skills and ability to multi-task prioritize and achieve sales objectivesExperience:7+ years' experience with lead and sales generation, preferred; 5+ years', required 3+ years' sales experience in employee benefits, insurance, brokerage, or related field, requiredKnowledge of group health, ancillary and benefits administration products, requiredBachelor's degree, preferredThank you for your interest in joining the OneDigital team!
