PRESIDIO GOVERNMENT SOLUTIONS LLC - Senior Vice President and GENERAL MANAGERThe SVP and General Manager (SVP/GM) leads the newly formed Presidio GovernmentSolutions (PGS) subsidiary of Presidio, Inc. PGS is operating under a Special SecurityAgreement (SSA) with the government to mitigate certain aspects of foreignownership. This role is responsible for building and sustaining this organization andwill report directly to the PGS Board of Directors. This role will lead the expansion ofnew Federal Government agency relationships across our national footprint whileexpanding our considerable installed base of satisfied federal customers. Thisindividual will partner with the senior management team to continually identify,develop, and execute a broad range of strategic initiatives in the Federal Governmentchannel. In addition, the GM will lay a lead role in hiring and developing sales and delivery leadership, establishing go-to-market strategies (territories, agencyassignments, strategic account planning, etc.) establish partnering relationships withother Federal Government contractors and execute a robust capture strategy to ensure long term growth. The role also owns the PGS strategy and management ofstrategic partner relationships within the broader Presidio, Inc ecosystem. Thisperson will also manage the finance and logistics arms of the business and be responsible to deliver against financial and operational targets every month, quarter,and year. Finally, the SVP/GM is responsible for leveraging parent policies, processes,and strategic agreements with vendors to the extent permitted under the AffiliatedOperating Plan (AOP) of the SSA.Key Tasks:Hire, lead and develop the sales management and Account Managers (AMs)into a high performing sales organizationManage performance, growth and budgetEstablish and execute a Federal Government Sales StrategyDevelop business plans and program objectives to support revenuecommitmentsInstitute best in class account planning, account management, forecasting andreporting processes within the constraints of the AOPProvide competitive analysis to ensure that sales strategies and tactics areresponsive and effective in the rapidly changing competitive environmentBuild awareness and encourage focus on the entire suite of product solutionsand its value propositionFacilitate, develop and manage sales enablement and training plans to ensureAM's are equipped to position products/solutions and compete effectively tomeet revenue objectives; ensure awareness and collaboration, minimizing salesconflictsDeliver financial and operational results that meet or exceed budgets and goalsRequired keys for success:10+ years progressive sales experience in the Federal Government vertical, withproven track record leading major/enterprise-level sales professionals7+ years experience in sales leadership and leading technology-basedorganizations with high-volume, face-paced environments requiring teamwork,flexibility and change managementUnderstanding of the new NISPOM Rule and the SMO requirement of theSVP/GMPerformance-driven, focused leadership attitudeOutstanding verbal, interpersonal and written communication skillsStrong collaborator capable of building and managing strong workingrelationships across organizational boundariesProven track record of achieving/exceeding sales quotas in a highly competitive Federal Government sales environmentSuccessful demonstration of strategic planning skills associated with salesorganizationsProven track record in budgeting and resource managementStrong organization development track recordExperienced and understanding of the evolving US Government CUI & CMMCcompliance requirementsTechnically adept and experienced with Networking, Data Center, Cloud,Security, Professional Services and Managed Services offers and solutionsStrong verbal, written and interpersonal communications skillsAbility to organize, prioritize, make decisions and work efficiently and effectively under deadlinesStrong financial/analytical skills are needed, as is experience developing andpresenting business plansAbility to lead large change initiativesUndergraduate degree (required)Top Secret government clearance#LI-SR1ABOUT PRESIDIOPresidio is committed toDiversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the highest levels and has strengthened its drive to build and drive systemic DE change process across all levels of the organization.
