Job Description Request ID: 39960-1 Data Analyst McLean VA 6 months Rate: $60-$70hr on C2C Job Description: This position is in the Card - Customer Resiliency Department. As an analyst you will leverage analytic and technical skills to innovate, build, and maintain well-managed data solutions and capabilities to tackle business problems. Role requires PySpark, Python and SQL experience Responsibilities: * Build well-managed data solutions, tools, and capabilities to enable self-service frameworks for data consumers * Design, develop and maintenance of existing/new data ecosystem to enable faster insight generation across our analytical platforms * Work collaboratively with appropriate Tech teams to build, develop and maintain data solutions * Build and execute tools to monitor and report on data quality * Develop data automation initiatives (reporting, monitoring) to support business needs or drive well managed practices Qualifications: * At least 5 years working experience with SQL and with data in various forms (data warehouses/SQL, unstructured data environments etc..) * At least 3 years working experience in data integration and pipeline development using PySpark,Python * At least 1 years' experience with AWS * At least 1 years' of experience working with Agile development methodologies Additional: * Strong technical and business problem solving skill * Works substantially with little or no supervision to deliver key milestones. * Databricks, Spark Java experience is a plus * 3-5 years experience with Financial Services clients * Prior Experience in CapitalOne (as an Data Analyst) in the last 18 months is a definite plus.
