**Description:**The Facilities Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for facilities maintenance and equipment repair. The Engineer will also be responsible for escorting and managing outside contractor while on site. The incumbent should be skilled to perform a variety of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and mechanical repair work. The position will have the responsibilities and duties listed below and will report directly to the Facilities Engineering Supervisor.**Responsibilities:**+ Perform inspection, adjustment, preventive maintenance, and repair of HVAC equipment, boilers, water pumps, chillers, air conditioning units, exhaust fans, air filters, compressors, cooling towers, and RO water system.+ Perform general facility repairs.+ Read, interpret and understand sketches, diagrams, blueprints and CAD.+ Assist in the performance of preventive maintenance activities, and the maintenance of related records and Work orders.+ Perform other related duties and responsibilities, as required.**Required Knowledge and Skills:**Chillers, Boilers, Manufacturing, repair, water system, troubleshooting, mechanical, electrical, maintenance technician, pneumatics, preventive maintenance, welding, hydraulics, diesel, engine, schematic, equipment maintenance, plc troubleshooting, fabrication, industrial, service, electrical troubleshooting, and 3 phase motors.**Additional Skills & Qualifications:**+ Minimum 5 years Facility Maintenance experience in a Manufacturing, Hospital, or Commercial setting.+ Licensed first, second or third Class Stationary Engineers or able to obtain 1st grade within a year.+ Universal CFC certified.+ Knowledgeable in OSHA, NEC, and Life Safety codes.+ Experienced with water treatment and RO systems.+ Experienced in Building Automation systems (BMS) experience.+ Knowledgeable of Lean Methodology.+ Knowledgeable of GMP requirements is a plus+ Experienced with BMRAM maintenance work order software is a plus.**Shift:** 2:00pm - 10:30pm Rotation on call weekends.**About Aerotek:**We know that a company's success starts with its employees.
