Data Collection Manager (ATCDT-21-0928-W):Bowhead seeks a Data Collection Manager to support the ATC Data Collection contract in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The ATC Data Collection contract plans, conducts, analyzes, and reports the results of developmental tests, production tests, and other tests to include providing test support services within the Department of Defense (DoD).The Data Collection Manager is responsible for managing the administrative and technical activities of the data collection, computer operators and range scheduling personnel.Other Duties to include:* Overall responsibility for recruitment, hiring and training of these resources to ensure availability of required resources to meet Government requirements and execute workload* Data collection, computer operations and range scheduling support. * Works in conjunction with the Government in long range staff planning (staffing, training, assignments, etc.).* Provides leadership, technical advice and assistance to lower-graded employees.* Overall responsibility for ensuring test data meet project's requirements and Government standards for quality assurance, completeness, accuracy and timeliness.* Counsels employees on administrative and technical matters. * Recognizes complex problems in data collection techniques and staffing of resources and recommends solutions.* Serves as the Program Manager (PM) Deputy.Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded.
