Data Collection Manager (ATCDT-21-0928-W):Bowhead seeks a Data Collection Manager to support the ATC Data Collection contract in Aberdeen Proving Ground, MD. The ATC Data Collection contract plans, conducts, analyzes, and reports the results of developmental tests, production tests, and other tests to include providing test support services within the Department of Defense (DoD).The Data Collection Manager is responsible for managing the administrative and technical activities of the data collection, computer operators and range scheduling personnel.Other Duties to include:* Overall responsibility for recruitment, hiring and training of these resources to ensure availability of required resources to meet Government requirements and execute workload* Data collection, computer operations and range scheduling support. * Works in conjunction with the Government in long range staff planning (staffing, training, assignments, etc.).* Provides leadership, technical advice and assistance to lower-graded employees.* Overall responsibility for ensuring test data meet project's requirements and Government standards for quality assurance, completeness, accuracy and timeliness.* Counsels employees on administrative and technical matters. * Recognizes complex problems in data collection techniques and staffing of resources and recommends solutions.* Serves as the Program Manager (PM) Deputy.Bowhead seeks to network with qualified individuals relative to a potential opportunity, which is contingent upon award and not currently funded. All job offers in connection with a covered contract will be contingent upon providing proof of vaccination prior to your anticipated start date.* GPA of 2.5 or higher in each individual discipline of math and science and a GPA of 3.0 or higher in High School English or a GPA of 2.5 or higher in College English from either an accredited high school or university.* Shall have a Bachelor's Degree in a scientific, engineering, or technology discipline and* 5 years' experience in performing RAM/ILS or similar type of data collection of military/nonmilitary equipment and associated maintenance concepts; or an Associate's Degree in a technical area and seven (7) years' experience in performing data collection of military/non- military equipment and associated maintenance concepts; or 9 years' experience in performing RAM/ILS or similar type of data collection of military/nonmilitary equipment and associated maintenance concepts.* Shall have 5 years of supervisory experience (see definition of Supervisor under PM qualifications above) in a same or similar discipline.SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must have an active security clearance at the Secret level.
