To complete the following tasks:Provide information technology personnel to support Educational Technology Department functions. Work with government server maintenance group to perform software upgrades as needed. Provide customer support, such as monitoring. Email requests, troubleshooting hardware/software issues, opening support tickets, and resetting user passwords. Support basic audio-visual (AV) system and video-teleconference (VTC) operation and support. Assist with inventory of accountable property sets. Assist with creation of system documentation, such as user guides and system upgrade documentation. Assist with limited web site updates and development.Assist with inventory of accountable property assets.Assist the Educational Technology team with administering multiple applications: including, Blackboard INS and Jenzabar EX Student Information Systems (SIS). Requirements Must possess an active DoD TS/SCI clearance.Minimum of a Bachelors' Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a closely related field. Waivable with consideration of extensive experience and/or certifications.Minimum of 3 yrs experience strongly preferred.Shall possess Windows Server administration skills. Certifications RequiredComp TIA Security+ CEMicrosoft certification MCP, MCSA, MCSE, or Windows 10 MCP.
