Maintaining, troubleshooting, and administering the use of FPI Administration intranet and internet services; developing, maintaining, and expanding Website content, administration tools and site functionality; creating web pages and websites using HTML, XHTML, ASP, ASPX, .Net, SQL and Sharepoint programming; designing and coding database driven web applications and sites; and other duties as assigned.Provide technical knowledge, development expertise, for FPI Intranet, and Digital Applications platforms. Main area of focus will be .Net, SQL and SharePoint. Involved in the process, life cycle, and creation of software and technology solutions aimed at helping users complete their tasks or programs and delivering value to the organization. Work closely with project managers, product owners, business analysts and other team members to develop the necessary specifications for solution delivery. May also test, debug, and improve application platforms; responsibilities include, but are not limited to:* Review, analyze, and design web based software-programming applications* Write and document functional requirements* Maintain SharePoint environment (admin), development of new SharePoint sites (dev) and document said practices.* Creates and designs web prototypes per approved functional requirements using Azure, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, or some other GUI programming tool* Produce a design that will be attractive to the target user, has a logical navigation system and has all the features required* Produce test plans and implement them before release of web sites and/or applications to users.* Design web pages that are accessible and functional through various browsers.* Uses limited decision making related to how software should function and/or be utilized; asking manager for consultation as needed.* Performs tasks as directed by management and provides feedback to same on progress and any competing tasks and requests.II.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS1.Assists in the development and integration of FPI's .NET applications platform with other key systems.2.Assists in the development and integration of FPI's SharePoint platform with other key systems.3.Assists with designing, building, documenting, testing, and releasing software solutions based on company's SDLC methodology.4.Collaborates with department leaders on process enhancements. Validate proposed enhancements, evaluate technologies to support enhancements, and work to implement changes.5.Participates in the strategic long-and short-range planning of clinic Web applications by offering input from the administrator perspective.6.Ensures that Web plans are carried out through all steps of consultation, systems integration and implementation including designing the infrastructure and configuration coordination needed for the applications.7.Writes comprehensive specifications for each Web application and documents technical requirements including how the LAN and Web interact.8.Designs and carries out tests to ensure new applications meet specifications.9.Collaborates with department managers on Web security measures including ensuring privacy/confidential requirements are met.10.Assists in the development of project plans with senior team resources but is responsible for only his/her own tasks.11.Designs and implements hardware and software updates. Ensures that system backups andsystem regeneration instructors are current.12.Produces reports on Web administration including statistics on productivity and utilization.13.Manages intranet and web related content, services, pages, and infrastructure.14.Manages online forms processing and delivery. Manages online survey processing and delivery.15.Provides web and print design support. Identifies and analyzes problems related to the intranet and web related content.16.Identifies and develops thorough and accurate test scenarios. Follows through with users on all aspects of testing.17.Completes mandatory employee health, workers compensation, HR processes and other training and requirements in required time frame to insure compliance with all FPI rules and regulations.EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE Bachelor's degree from four-year College or university or equivalent combination ofeducation and experience Experience in User experience, web design and programming. Knowledge of HTML, css, .net, java script and related frameworks, SQL. Experience with MS SharePoint , and SharePoint 365 is highly preferred.In the Fall of 2021, FPI will require all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. Exemptions for medical or religious reasons will be processed through Human Resources.
