Due to continued growth, CommuniCare is currently recruiting a compassionate leader to assume the position of Mobile Executive Director for our 24 facilities in the Maryland and Virginia region. The position of Mobile Executive Director provides leadership to various CommuniCare facilities throughout Division. This position requires the ability to travel throughout these two states as needed. The position of Mobile Executive Director provides leadership to all staff to assure that care standards are met and the highest degree of quality resident care is provided at all times. The position must function as a team member, team leader, and supervisor to ensure that work is accomplished and quality care is delivered, supporting team members and leading the way in celebrating team successes. The Mobile Executive Director has the authority, responsibility, and accountability for the overall operation and financial success of the center. The ideal candidate for the Mobile Executive Director position will be licensed in Maryland as an LNHA, and have a minimum of a 4 year Bachelor's Degree. The individual's professional experience should include at least two years experience as Executive Director of a Skilled Nursing Facility. Minimum of a 4 year bachelor's degree. At least two years of experience as Executive Director of a Skilled Nursing Facility. Strong management and operation skills. Strong math/budgetary skills.
