Job Summary: 
Westat is seeking an Adobe Captivate Production Specialist with experience creating Captivate trainings. The successful candidate will be highly organized and detail oriented, adaptable to learning and understanding new processes, and able to work both independently and on a team. 

Job Responsibilities:
•    Produce Captivate trainings.
•    Ability to develop content implementing Section 508 conformance criteria.
•    Complete other accessibility-related tasks as needed.

Basic Qualifications: 
•    A Bachelor's degree with 5 years of e-learning production experience.
•    HTML and CSS coding and using an HTML editor such as Dreamweaver.

Minimum Qualifications: 
•    Must be able to work full-time, Monday - Friday at our Rockville location. 
•    Strong verbal and written communication skills.
•    Shift priorities as required to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications: 
•    Adobe ACE certification in Captivate or Instructional Design experience.
