Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day guidance and coaching to cross-functional teams that connect Arc XP with its clients.
- Learn about the Agile methodology, what servant-leadership is about, and building consensus to drive toward outcomes.
- Learn how to facilitate planning, daily progress, retrospectives, and other Agile ceremonies, assist Product Owners to translate their vision and business objectives into backlogs, and empower your team's progress.
- Clear impediments and communicate risks to your team and management.
Qualifications
- Completed or Progress towards Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Demonstrated leadership experience through any combination of professional, academic, community, athletic or other activities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Outlook)
- Excellent communication, administrative, organizational skills
- Knowledge of JIRA or other Enterprise Agile tool is a plus
