Summary
MIL Corporation is looking for a Systems Architecture, Senior Associate ( Drupal Architect/Drupal Dev Lead) to lead multiple development teams and projects.
Responsibilities
- Lead all Drupal development projects and administration of the platform, including upgrades and migrations
- Provide application design and architecture guidance to development teams
- Collaborate with other platform architects to integrate Drupal with enterprise systems
- Custom module development and implementation
- Troubleshooting and issue resolution
- Operations and maintenance tasks
- Oversee technical solution implementation and provide input on technical proposals
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred
- Extensive experience and knowledge of full lifecycle website development using Drupal CMS (Drupal 8)
- Ability to independently develop solution models and effectively promote them within the enterprise
- 10+ years' experience developing and implementing enterprise content management systems, websites and applications
- 8+ years' experience leading software development teams
- Experience developing complex web applications involving external integrations, UX design, analytics and DevOps within the Drupal ecosystem
- Experience migrating sites to Drupal 8
- Experience advising clients on content management strategies and solution alternatives
- Experience independently developing, or working with designers, to create custom themes that support the unique needs of different projects
- Ability to communicate technical knowledge to technical and non-technical audiences
- Federal Government experience, experience with content migration and site upgrades a plus
- Expert level understanding of SDLC and best practice
- Must be able to hold and maintain a Public Trust clearance
