Summary

MIL Corporation is looking for a Systems Architecture, Senior Associate ( Drupal Architect/Drupal Dev Lead) to lead multiple development teams and projects.

Responsibilities
  • Lead all Drupal development projects and administration of the platform, including upgrades and migrations
  • Provide application design and architecture guidance to development teams
  • Collaborate with other platform architects to integrate Drupal with enterprise systems
  • Custom module development and implementation
  • Troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Operations and maintenance tasks
  • Oversee technical solution implementation and provide input on technical proposals

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, MIS or related field preferred
  • Extensive experience and knowledge of full lifecycle website development using Drupal CMS (Drupal 8)
  • Ability to independently develop solution models and effectively promote them within the enterprise
  • 10+ years' experience developing and implementing enterprise content management systems, websites and applications
  • 8+ years' experience leading software development teams
  • Experience developing complex web applications involving external integrations, UX design, analytics and DevOps within the Drupal ecosystem
  • Experience migrating sites to Drupal 8
  • Experience advising clients on content management strategies and solution alternatives
  • Experience independently developing, or working with designers, to create custom themes that support the unique needs of different projects
  • Ability to communicate technical knowledge to technical and non-technical audiences
  • Federal Government experience, experience with content migration and site upgrades a plus
  • Expert level understanding of SDLC and best practice
  • Must be able to hold and maintain a Public Trust clearance
