Supporting the Most Exciting and Meaningful Missions in the World Junior Government Compliance AnalystJob Duties: This position is for a Government Compliance Analyst. The position will work with the Manager, Government Compliance to ensure compliance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), Agency specific Supplemental Acquisition Regulations, Defense Contract Audit Agency (DCAA) requirements, and internal PAE policies and procedures.This position will support the preparation and submission of the required annual Incurred Cost Submission for the company. They will also perform analysis resulting in any changes to the cost accounting structure. Additionally, they will support DCAA and other government agency audits. As needed by the Manager, they will perform compliance reviews to ensure compliance with CAS, FAR and DCAA requirements.Requirements: 3-5 years accounting experience (government contracting accounting preferred)Some familiarity with CAS, FAR, and DCAA audit requirements but not requiredFamiliarity with GAAP Accounting principlesSelf-motivated with strong interpersonal skillsAbility to analyze details and an analytical thinkerAbility to think creatively and solve problemsExcellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Advanced understanding of Excel Preferred)Optional Requirements: **Understanding of Deltek, Cost Point Educational Requirements: MBA, or BA Accounting, Business Administration, Business Organization#LI-corporatejobs #APP21 PAE is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
