Sayres and Associates LLC (Sayres) has been providing excellence in service to the Federal Government since 2001.Sayres is seeking a Systems Integration - Engineering Technician (Junior) with Secret Clearance located in Washington, DC.ResponsibilitiesThis position includes: Support PMS 317 TSI Director, Systems Integration APM, GFE Lead, Configuration Management (CM) APM, and HM APM with technical and project management, and overall systems integration oversight for the program. Requires detailed knowledge of managing the process of identifying engineering problems, analyzing various solutions, and making recommendations to PMS 317 that meet technical and contractual requirements, and ensuring that solutions are integrated properly.Support the review of new construction related Ship Change Documents (SCDs) as part of the TAT Review process to supplement the New Construction Configuration Change Board. Provide recommendations on approaches to meet developmental and operational testing requirements, provide briefing materials in support of DT/OT test readiness reviews, and support contract drawing maintenance (TILFIRD, FPAC, Voice and Video Lists, and Hardware Matrix). Support HQ and co-located Government and contractor team members. Qualifications & Clearance Requirements Minimum Skill Sets of Qualified Candidates0-6 years of experience in systems engineering.Ability to obtain Secret Clearance.Preferred Skill Sets of Qualified CandidatesBachelor's level degree in an Engineering discipline.3+ years of relevant experience in systems engineering.Experience with DoD/Navy ACAT I Program. Secret Clearance verifiable in JPAS.
