Job DescriptionSend me your resumeClient: ClientRole: Recruiter I ASNJP00000806Duration: 6 months Location: 100% REMOTERate: $20/hr on W2 with health care benefits **MNGR Intake Notes**Position is for a HIGH-volume contract Recruiter to identify Front-line agents, supervisors, coaches, and operations managers for call center. Must have experience with a variety of sourcing tools - LinkedIn , CareerBuilder, Indeed, Dice. Candidates should be screened thoroughly for this experience. (Those that have sourced simply from a pool of candidates would not be a good fit for this opportunity) 4-5hrs of overtime/week possible, with occasional Saturdays. 100% Remote position - must be able to support between the hours of 8:00am - 7:00 pm Central time, Mon - Fri. Potential for extension beyond original contract period will be dependent on needs of the businessOverview: Interview & hire front-line agents for Client's call centers and/or Work @ Home agents. Experience conducting full life cycle recruiting with successful track record filling positions. Must have experience working with various ATSs such as Taleo or PeopleSoft. Demonstrated ability to assess business needs and talent markets in developing recruitment strategies, programs and tools in support of business objectives.Develop creative recruiting sourcing strategies and proactively build a robust pipeline of candidates for critical and repeat roles. This will include active and passive candidate sourcing techniques including cold calling and internet based sourcing. Market career opportunities and aggressively manage requisitions to meet target service level agreements. Adhere to assigned performance metrics. Initiate, develop and maintain relationships with hiring managers. Responsible for participating in select talent acquisition process improvement projects, tracking and reporting individual recruiting metrics and taking on new initiatives as they develop. (eg international recruiting, college/university recruiting)Specialized Skills: Strong proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
