Geo-Technology Associates, Inc. (GTA) is currently seeking a Construction Observation and Testing Assistant Project Manager (COT APM) for our Laurel, MD office. COT APM's are responsible for field supervision of Construction Field Technicians, performing observations and testing related to Special Inspections during site work and building construction, and preparation of final reports. COT APM's work with Project Managers to coordinate personnel and equipment, and work with technical experts required to complete the assigned projects. COT APM's also collaborate with clients, project managers, subcontractors and other management entities on issues to ensure requirements are met and that problems are resolved efficiently. PLEASE NOTE: This position may require standing for extended durations as well as repetitive motions such as lifting or hammering. The employee must have the ability to use their hands to handle, finger or feel; reach, climb or balance; crouch, stoop, crawl, kneel and sit, see and smell; including close, distance and peripheral vision, depth vision and ability to focus.
