Serving as liaisons between our clients and our company, our client service teams know the importance of managing and exceeding client expectations. Our associates have a thorough knowledge of our clients business, the consumer, the marketplace and all aspects of the digital marketing practices. The Account Manager will act as the primary liaison for one or more of our primary workstreams, spanning multiple client business units. The Account Manager must have a strong operational background with a solid understanding of modern digital marketing execution from conception through delivery. They will be responsible for collaborating with multiple Agencies of Record (AORs), managing the production of digital and web assets, and supporting various marketing initiatives using effective analysis and leadership of daily operational processes. The Account Manager will build and leverage working relationships across the clients brand team and delivery partners to ensure success. The individual must have a propensity for storytelling, problem solving, and be able to translate business requirements for successful digital marketing production. Job Description Manage top tier healthcare client to help grow their digital marketing business. Day-to-day management and oversight of client engagements, weekly meetings/calls, monthly meetings, communications with account stakeholders, communications with internal stakeholders, strategy sessions, Quarterly account/benchmark reviews, and first level escalations. Conceptual thinker with the ability to continuously problem solve complex business challenges and manage to objectives. Building the ability to apply innovation, strategic planning and operation planning to develop business strategies for success. Fully understand the clients business including objectives, roles, and concerns. Effectively work with multiple departments, including international, throughout project development and implementation. Excellent communication skills, must communicate across internal teams and with clients; occasional presentations internally and to clients. Proven record of building long-term relationships both internally and externally. Able to coordinate projects across functional teams, including international. Continually look for ways to improve account growth through clear understanding of clients objectives and goals. Provide leadership and mentoring to Associate Account Executives, Account Executive and Account Managers, as assigned. Coordinates third party vendor services inclusive of client-owned partner relationships. Prepares well-organized, clear and concise communications such as status reports. Responsible for alerting management of any significance client changes or barriers that impact budget and/or timelines. Point of contact for the client; liaison to Epsilon; represent the client interests. Driver of communication with client; expectation setting, ex: budget, timeline, scope. Support the estimating, staffing, and scoping for projects, including retainers and contracts. Consistently strengthens and adds value to the client relationships. Leverages knowledge of digital marketing trends and technology capabilities to provide recommendations and solutions to clients. Required Skills & Experience At least 4+ years of relevant client experience in omnichannel digital marketing; specifically, digital/email, web, and social media marketing or other related disciplines such as machine learning and artificial intelligence. Demonstrated experience in managing client relationships. Strong understanding of and passion for digital marketing principles, processes, and technology. Demonstrates a clear aptitude for managing projects and building relationships. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Self-directed with a sense of urgency in solving client issues Bachelors Degree preferred
