Our client company is seeking a technical support super star to ensure their platform performs optimally, maintains high availability and their customers receive world-class support. In this role, you will work hand-in-hand with our product team to understand all facets of the system and to ensure the platform is performing as designed. You will also be responsible for providing technical support and training for prospects and customers, demonstrations on new features and proper technique on use of the system depending upon the customers use/case. Key Responsibilities: Proactively monitor all aspects of the system to ensure proper working order. Respond quickly and effectively to technical support issues via phone calls and emails. Ability to perform online demonstrations to key prospects and stakeholders. Configure and optimize cloud service platforms upon which system resides. Document all technical support issues, escalate when necessary to appropriate technical and/or client facing personnel. Maintain clear communication and work through challenges with technical and sales executives. Job Requirements: Experience with Microsoft Azure for configuration and optimization, or other similar cloud service providers Experience with Ubuntu Linux, Windows and Mac operating systems Knowledge of APIs, JSON and at least some web development Experience with Selenium or other similar automation tools. Experience working in a support role and team environment. Preferred Qualifications: You have worked in DevOps capacity or role. You have past experience in technical support, customer service, or QA role. You have working knowledge of Linux and Azure configurations.
