Direct hire opportunity for a highly skilled Superintendent with an established and well-respected builder specializing in high-end residential remodeling and new custom homes. In need of an individual who is comfortable overseeing the entire construction process from pre-construction meetings to successful project completion. PTO and company car offered! Responsibilities will include: Oversee daily operation of construction projects Establish and maintain construction schedule and budget Take offs and estimates Communicate project progress with managers and Clients Manage subcontractors and construction site organization Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with Clients, Subcontractors, and Architects Maintain a high level of Customer satisfaction Qualifications: 7-10 years experience in residential construction management in the DC Metro area preferable Strong project management and communication skills Excellent listening skills Strong work ethic and a can-do attitude Ability to read construction documents Familiarity with regulatory construction standards Ensure safety, compliance and quality regulations are followed Bachelors degree preferred Please submit resume for immediate consideration!
