Milani Construction, LLC, a DC based General Contractor, specialized in Heavy and Highway Construction, is seeking a full time GRADE FOREMAN to join our team. Milani Construction clients include the Federal Government, Maryland State Highway, DDOT, VDOT, State and Local Governments. The successful candidate will have over 5 years experience in Road Construction. The Grade Foreman is responsible for overseeing and managing a crew, to perform grading, demolition, excavation, erosion controls, etc. Must have ability to read and relocate survey stakes/cut sheets, read and understand blueprint drawings. The candidate must have the ability to work collaboratively with other Superintendents, foremen, crew members, office personnel owners, and Subcontractors.
