Project Manager, Design & Construction for Critical Environments

Currently, we are looking for a highly motivated construction focused Project Manager who has experience building data centers. Schedule, scope and budget . All day long. You will support MGAC's Critical Environments team and serve as the main point of contact between MGAC, our clients and other design and construction professionals for a Data Center Client in Ashburn, VA. This position oversees all aspects of the project including managing MGAC's project-based contract, performance, billings, accounts receivable, etc. and includes management and oversight of multiple stakeholders including clients, client vendors, architects, engineers, general contractors, etc. At least three to five (3-5) years of experience with data center construction projects. Willingness to travel (regionally) approximately 2 days per week to accommodate business needs Bachelor's or Associates Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. Master's Degree in a related field is preferred, but required Excellent analytical, organizational, problem-solving, presentation, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Acceptable industry experience includes prior work experience at any of the following related firms: Owner / End User Project Management / Owner's Representation Construction (General Contractor, Construction Manager, Subcontractor) EOE/M/F/V/D
