SimVentions, consistently voted one of Virginia's Best Places to Work, is looking for a Recruiting Director to join our team The selected candidate will lead our recruiting strategy and provide oversight of all sourcing, outreach, interviewing, and hiring activities. Responsibilities: Implement and lead recruitment, engagement, and outreach strategy Lead and develop Recruiting Team Provide oversight of all sourcing, interviewing, and hiring activity Coordinate and attend job/career fair events Recruit for hard to fill and key positions Implement and manage communication strategy with hiring managers Research and implement effective sourcing methods Assist in the development of advertising campaigns Manage and analyze recruitment performance metrics Develop and conduct relevant training with hiring managers Ensure the recruiting process aligns with all local, state, and federal laws Work with Vice President of Human Resources to develop and enhance a talent acquisition strategy Required Skills & Experience: Candidates must have at least five (5) years of recruiting manager experience and ten (10) years of technical recruiting experience. Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices Prior experience with an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Excel, PowerPoint, Word The candidate must demonstrate the following: Excellent written and verbal communication skills Strong management and leadership skills Ability to multi-task and function well on a team Exceptional work ethic Preferred Skills & Experience: Experience in the Department of Defense industry Proficiency with Microsoft SharePoint Experience with Ultimate Software (UKG) HRIS Additional Requirements: Due to the requirements in the Safer Federal Workforce Taskforce guidance and the nature of our covered contracts and facilities, all employees may need to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 or have a legal exemption with approved accommodation.
