As part of this team, you will help choose the right IT tools to maximize the effectiveness of deployed defenses and rapidly troubleshoot impacted systems.Join us as a Senior Manager on our Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team in the United States to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact.What you'll achieveAs a Senior Manager with our Cybersecurity Engineering & Operations team, you will manage a technical infrastructure team responsible for large/complex infrastructure projects/engagements (including maintenance & support) with a focus on security-related technologies like endpoint security, cryptography, etc. You will drive corporate programs and ensure deadlines are met while also ensuring that security goals and initiatives are successfully implemented.You will:Be fully accountable for all people-management activities for a team of cybersecurity engineers, including establishing goals, providing mentorship and motivation, and managing staffing capacity/workload balancing to ensure team productivityPartner closely with Dell Digital IT, other cybersecurity teams, and business functions to meet project milestones and service levelsManage customer escalations and ensure best possible outcomes are achievedDevelop new or revise existing processes/procedures to mature services and align with strategic direction/priorities of the broader cyber engineering organizationAdvise senior management and key stakeholders on latest industry standards, technologies and best practices; and assist in change management planning and implementationTake the first step towards your dream careerEvery Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here's what we are looking for with this role:Essential Requirements4+ years of direct experience in the field of cybersecurityStrong people management and mentoring skills with ability to develop senior cybersecurity talentUnderstands change management & Service management best practices with experience supporting global customersBroad understanding of Cybersecurity technologies, network security concepts, and how to handle escalationsMust be a US citizenDesired RequirementsBachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Security or related field with 10+ years of relevant experience; or equivalent combination of education/professional experience in a similar rolePrior management experience strongly preferredProduct Management experience a plusHere's our story; now tell us yoursDell Technologies helps organizations and individuals build a brighter digital tomorrow.
