Benefit from our culture which is pragmatic, collaborative and technically excellent.About The RoleAnalyze, resolve, and manage customer support issues (first line support), while building on-going relationships with our client baseGuide customers in software installationCreate user accounts and licensesAssist with software documentationProvide resources regarding technical tasks such as installation and scriptingUpgrade software on customer's servers when requestedEnsure prompt and accurate customer service and increase customer satisfactionAbout YouRequirementsBachelor's degree or relevant work experience such as: Applications Support Analyst, Helpdesk, IT Support, Application Support, or Technical SupportGreat customer service skills with logical problem-solving abilityExcellent written and verbal skills, including the ability to give clear instructions, with sound command of English Knowledge of MS Office productsAble to work both independently and as part of a team Able to thrive and prioritize in fast paced environmentKnowledge of Windows servers, PowerShell, and SSO methods would be a plus.
