Candidates looking to work in a dynamic, rapidly-changing call center will be interested in this position.Key responsibilities- You will likely support business development and client referral goals by actively cross-selling and referring customers- Handle incoming telephone calls- Retrieve and oversee the sending of written business communications- Deliver outstanding, friendly customer service in a timely fashion Requirements - Proficient with computers and technology platforms - Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, eg ACT!, Illustrator, Highrise, and Insightly- Background working with Spanish Language- Customer service experience- Communication experience highly preferred- Earlier work involving Spanish Translation- Solid understanding of Call Center Customer Service- Experience with Inbound Call Center- Fast Paced Call Center experience- Strong familiarity with call centers- Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office 365- Adeptness in Previous Call Center- Demonstrated knowledge of Prior Call Center- General familiarity with Microsoft Office- Eager problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity- Ability to exude confidence, knowledge, and empathy when interacting with internal and external partners and clients/customers- Upbeat, positive attitude and an approach to work rooted in professionalism- Excellent customer service and office administrative skills- Demonstrated experience performing extensive research to resolve complex customer inquiries- 1+ years of past relevant experience- Strong communication and social skillsIf you derive professional and personal satisfaction from the expert application of customer service on a case-by-case basis, we want to hear from you.
