Senior Marketing Manager (Remote)
Our client in the healthcare space is looking for an established Senior Marketing Manager. This Senior Marketing Manager will develop marketing insights and strategic marketing plans collaborating with both corporate business units, as well as regionally-specific stake-holders.This will be a fully remote, full-time position. Remote applicants are welcomed to apply, but must be able to work PST working hours.Senior Marketing Manager ResponsibilitiesIdentify customer and market insights for the WEST regionTrack market trends and derive competitive and differentiation strategy Coordinate with Customer Marketing teams for positioning & customer segmentation strategiesSales support content around specific solutionsLiaise with specialized sales teams (including occasionally going into the field)Partner with various marketing groups, including clinical product marketers, hospital segment marketers, consumer marketing and other cross-functional teams Senior Marketing Manager Qualifications:Bachelor's Degree, Business degree preferred5+ years healthcare industry experience preferred; Minimum 8+ years success in a marketing role (b2b or direct-to-physician) Should be familiar with regional marketing strategies, particularly a plus if familiar with WEST territoryAccount-based marketing experience preferredTeam oriented - ability to lead diverse, cross functional teams and in a matrix environmentExcellent project leadership skills to ensure executionStrong communication skills including ability to deliver formal business presentations to executive leadershipStrategic thinking and analytical skills to synthesize market/customer insights into prioritized marketing opportunities; Strong capabilities in analyzing data to demonstrate quantifiable opportunities or resultsSuperior marketing capabilities to design marketing strategies and tactics to maximize opportunitiesJob ID: 322831Cella is an equal opportunity employer.
