Job Description What You'll Get to Do: You will provide support on a team that provides a full spectrum of important IT-focused, enterprise-wide lifecycle support, including DevOps, applied technology investigations, operations and maintenance, and infrastructure lifecycle support services across the customer's enterprise. More About the Role: + Plan, direct, and coordinate IT requirements and software development projects with rapid timelines and evolving requirements in a highly collaborative and interactive environment in order to support the program mission + Customer front and focusing on enhancing the end-user experience and integrate support services to promote a seamless, integrated, end-to end model + Working in collaboration to drive the adoption of timely, cost effective and secure IT solutions by promoting seamless integration and an end-to-end (full life cycle) IT approach that provides customers insight to their IT requirements throughout the entirety of the process. Through the use of this customer engagement plan, IT Advocates are postured to promote a consistent customer service experience that is focused on achieving mission imperatives + Experience in architecting, developing and implementing enterprise business solutions utilizing Scaled Agile methodologies, DevSecOps tools, ServiceNow, AWS / Azure / GCP cloud native services, COTS solutions, Emerging technologies, Cyber Security Architecture and Engineering, Enterprise IT Operations and Service Management + Facilitate customer and stakeholder sessions for the identification and clarification of business process needs and coordinate development of the technology solutions and facilitate data gathering activities by utilizing established workflows and quality reviews + Plan, document and coordinate new and existing business cases and project review board briefs to receive approvals and to further coordinate procurement, provisioning and implementations.
