Adventist HealthCare's Post-Acute Care Center seeks to hire an experienced Business Development Clinical Liaison for our Post-Acute Care Services Department who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

As a Business Development Clinical Liaison you will:
• Interface with external referring facilities, physicians, and staff, and partners with external case managers in order to efficiently complete the transition to acute rehabilitation or home health.
• Design and develop business development strategies for assigned territory to increase patient admissions that leverage AHC Rehabilitation's core competence in the area of rehabilitating medically complex patients.
• Develop strong relationships with key referral sources along with the ability to uncover new opportunities for growth.
• Individuals must be highly self-motivated with excellent time management skills and be able to work both collaboratively and independently.

Qualifications include:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Clinical License required; Registered Nurse (RN) preferred; Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or
• Active Maryland license as Registered Nurse (RN); Licensed Practical Nurse required
• CRRN or CCM certification preferred
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel between hospitals
• 3+ years clinical experience in a hospital or post-acute setting
• Experience as a Clinical Liaison or Case Manager preferred

Work Schedule:

Variable Part Time

Monday-Friday 8am -5pm with holidays and weekends covered as needed.
  • * When hospital visits resume, the Business Development Clinical Liaison position includes travel to area hospitals in assigned territory OR specific assigned entities.
