Fort Washington Medical Center seeks to hire an experienced Director, Service Line and Program Development who will embrace our mission to extend God's care through the ministry of physical, mental and spiritual healing.

The Director, Service Line and Program Development will:
•Assess effectiveness of current services, and support the expansion or
development of new product lines, services, or innovations that are consistent
with hospital vision, mission and values to promote growth in overall volume
•Develop Physician Network and partnerships with community medical
•Manage relationships between physicians, medical practices and FWMC
•Facilitate the retention of physicians and referring medical practices.
•Oversees all business development, physician networking, and marketing
initiatives as well as physician liaison activities, business to business
opportunities, identifying potential referral sources, and soliciting those referral
•Report to and work in concert with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) to plan and
execute a variety of strategic communication plans for FWMC and the
Physician Network.
•Supervises all other service line and program development staff members
within the Ft. Washington Medical Center (FWMC) services line

Qualified candidates will possess:
•Minimum of a Bachelor's Degree in business, healthcare
administration, or related field from an accredited college or university.
•Strong leadership and consensus building skills with minimum of five years
supervisory experience in healthcare
•Requires the ability to travel in the service area on a regular basis

Work Schedule:

M-F; 8a -5p; nights and weekend work occasional
