Getting to know members and staff from around the world and a generous professional development allowance are frequently cited as among the most popular benefits of working at EO.POSITION SUMMARYThe Director, Brand Experience is responsible for leading the brand marketing and communications team residing within the Brand & Growth division of EO. The incumbent is responsible for building and managing a team of brand professionals leading brand marketing communications strategy and execution across the full suite of EO products and programs. This role is responsible for developing and executing a global content strategy, internal and external communications, overseeing translation / transliteration and marketing planning for EO events, programs and other initiatives, as needed. This person is expected to work collaboratively across multiple divisions to deliver best- in-class brand marketing, with an eye on highlighting member-value in line with organizational objectives and communications best practice. With deep experience in content and program management, the incumbent must have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inform and influence across multiple stakeholders at all levels.This position is available for full time remote work.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSBILITIES Develops and executes the organizations overall corporate communications, marketing / brand campaigns including establishing a regular cadence of relevant, easily accessible content through various communication channels.Supervises the development of corporate and program materials including websites, press-releases, newsletters and other tools to ensure appropriate messaging and brand strategy alignment.Develops marketing plans in collaboration with sponsors and stakeholders to execute strategic initiatives throughout the organization, working closely to ensuring messaging aligns to EOs brand story and value proposition.Monitors marketing plan milestone completion; identifying process and operational roadblocks; owns solution development with stakeholders and escalates critical decisions to reach alignment. Owns major end-to-end processes and events on a project, takes initiative, and uses problem solving skills to think beyond the task to achieve desired outcome delivered on time and aligned to EO brand.Sets marketing KPIs and monitors team progress, ensuring various marketing campaigns, organizational objectives are met, defines customer segments and needs.Works closely with agencies to ensure marketing objectives and strategies are clearly communicated, aligned and met, including acting as liaison with member-led working groups and/or committees, as necessaryObserves the latest marketing trends and advancements to define / set best practices and competitive intelligence to inform strategies to gain competitive edge.Works collaboratively with multiple divisions, levels of staff and member leaders as a trusted, strategic brand partner driving program success, end-to-end, from ideation to post-analysis.Recruits, leads, guides and manages a high performing marketing team with a player-coach mentality.QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, AND KNOWLEDGE REQUIREDMinimum 12+ years of progressive experience in brand strategy and operations, marketing planning with a heavy communications and content experience, in consumer goods or services.BA in Marketing, Communications or equivalent; MBA preferred. In-depth knowledge / experience using various marketing tactics, platforms & tools. Experience building executive relationships and driving/ influencing change while motivating people at all levels across a variety of responsibilities.Experience working with and building consensus across cross-departmental teams and cultures.Collaborative & consultative approach to working with many stakeholder groups.Passion for creativity, innovation and thinking creatively.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Experience working within franchise organizations a plus.Bi-lingual a plus.Powered by JazzHR
