What We Need We are looking for a Manager of Marketing Operations who will play a critical part in engineering top-notch products and services in a unique industry and at a rapidly growing organization. As the Manager of Marketing Operations, you will manage the support function for marketing technology used in marketing automation and demand generation programs across marketing channels including digital, email, and direct response. The manager of marketing operations is critical in the creation and design of integrated and customized marketing automation solutions across the commercial organization. You will serve as a SME for all marketing automation related projects as well as a primary point of contact responsible for coordinating the teams holistic campaign activation strategy. A Day in the Life Optimize all marketing automation processes and oversight of lead marketing technology as it relates to all demand generation activity Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that the MarTech stack is integrated and compliant Track and report on the entire marketing funnel including volume, velocity, and conversion ensuring funnel measures can be analyzed and understood by to both technical and business audiences Report and inform on insights in marketing performance to ensure cross-functional alignment on the best possible data-driven marketing strategy Ensure the right technology is selected and implemented to deliver on campaign investments and business strategy Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelors Degree highly preferred 5-8 years of marketing experience, including 3-5 years as an administrator in a marketing automation environment experience with Pardot, Marketo or Eloqua preferred Previous experience in data management, including data importing and exporting Prior experience with ABM platforms (DemandBase, 6sense, Terminus) highly desirable Strong MS-Office Suite skills with advanced Microsoft Excel skills required Ability to execute tactics to support strategic plans #Li-remote #LiNJ1 Whats in it for You A culture of innovation, empowerment, decision-making, and accountability Comprehensive health and welfare benefits that serve the needs of you and your family and foster a culture of wellness Additional benefits and amenities, including paid time-off programs (vacation, sick leave, and holidays) Hybrid work environment for most positions Applicants will be required to undergo a background check only if and after a conditional offer of employment has been extended.
