Cvent is looking to grow its Sales Enablement team within Marketing to support our global and growing sales force. You'll work hand-in-hand with our internal teams to understand the challenges and needs throughout the sales cycle. From there, you'll develop compelling and thoughtful sales enablement content that clearly communicates the value that Cvent can provide to our customers and various target audiences. From ideation to final rollout and training, you'll have full ownership over your deliverables, so strong project management skills are a must. This position is also ideal for a B2B marketer that's comfortable working cross-functionally, thinking creatively, multi-tasking, and working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. What You Will Be Doing: * Create customer-facing marketing content to support Sales, including sales collateral, sales playbooks, email templates, proposal templates, business case templates, presentations, and more * Collaborate with Sales Management and Sales Training to understand the challenges faced in the selling process and develop sales enablement assets to improve sales efficiency and effectiveness * Work closely with Product Marketing and Product Management to understand and distill Cvent's product positioning and messaging into key content for Sales * Maintain and improve our sales enablement software platform to enable easy discovery, use, and tracking of content for Sales * Work with other Marketing groups, such as Demand Generation, to equip Sales with the right information and marketing content to follow-up on leads * Analyze and report on adoption, usage, and impact of our sales enablement assets What You Need For This Position: * Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or related field * 1-3 years of B2B Marketing experience * Strong written and verbal communication skills * Creative thinker, detail-oriented, organized, self-motivated, and strong project management skills * Experience working cross-functionally * Customer or sales-facing experience a plus At Cvent we celebrate, support and are committed to creating a diverse and inclusive environment.
