Fully Remote Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Search & Social) Our client is looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to help drive their development and management for client acquisition. You will leverage your knowledge of media, ad tech, analytics, project management, and creative development while partnering cross-functionality with sales and CRM teams to deliver best-in-class marketing campaigns. Requirements: 5 or more years of related performance marketing and/or consulting experience Staunch understanding and expertise of a broad array of paid marketing channels such as Facebook, Google, and the likes Recurring revenue business expertise Deep familiarity with Customer Acquisition Cost, Cost Per Acquisition, Cost Per Click, Cost Per Thousand or CPM, Lifetime Value High proficiency in Excel/Google sheets, funnel analytics, A/B testing, and metrics driven performance marketing Big plus if: You have a math or analytics background Experience with Web & App Tracking/Attribution Passion for marketing you stay up to date on the industry, platforms and trends as they come Complete competitive analysis of competitors within the industry Superb organizational and client service skills Responsibilities: Oversee Facebook, Google Paid Search, YouTube, and other media channels in the paid media program to achieve all growth-related KPIs, while identifying trends and new opportunities for growth Establish channel/tactic forecasts and budget recommendations Hit key metrics for awareness and direct response, while managing to an overall CAC and Average Revenue Per Client Develop and execute on a robust and methodical testing framework to improve conversion rates Develop creative briefs and oversee creative execution for growth to hit targets Build and maintain comprehensive reporting on KPIs including visit-to-signup rate and campaign performance Maintain and monitor key metrics across channels including budget pacing, new creators, LTV, and CAC Perks & Benefits Competitive yearly salary (salary to be determined by the experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as alignment with market data) Equity Unlimited PTO All the benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) with employer match, short- and long-term disability coverage (paid by Facet), life insurance options and paid maternity and paternity leave Certification reimbursement program Work from anywhere in the US 4CR3
