DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage and continually optimize the Marketing technology stack and Marketing infrastructure. Platforms include marketing automation (HubSpot), CRM (Salesforce), CMS (WordPress), project tracking (Asana), and others as required. Work closely with Client Sales and IT to maintain and enhance our tech stack integrations to ensure good data hygiene. Be intimately familiar with and manage all back-end aspects of and HubSpot, including field/properties management, workflows, process builder, object creation, data relationships, and dashboards. Create and maintain attribution tracking, automated funnel progression workflows, and build reports/dashboards to measure effectiveness of campaigns and channels. Own our Google Analytics instance and data visualization tools to analyze marketing performance, develop dashboards and reports, and communicate results across the organization. Assist in annual planning and budgeting and oversee execution of marketing programs. General project and process management as required. QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelor s degree (BA/BS) in Marketing, Communications, related field, or equivalent experience At least three years related experience or equivalent Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot and Salesforce preferred) with demonstrable examples of automated workflows used in lead generation and nurturing. Experienced with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google Data Studio, or similar analytics and data visualization platforms Understanding of lead scoring, profiling, and buyer journeys. Familiarity with digital advertising platforms and concepts. Ability to organize and prioritize tasks and projects. Experience managing relationships with marketing agencies, freelancers, and other external creative resources. Good technical skills, creativity, analytical abilities, and communication skills.
