We are currently seeking a full-time Regional Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our Corporate Team located in Vienna, Virginia. Responsibilities As a senior member of the HR leadership team, the Regional Manager, Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) is responsible for monitoring all employee relations issues around the country. This role strives to maintain consistency in practice and identifies areas the company can build clarity in policy development and procedures. Responsibilities include providing coaching, guidance and supervision for a team of HR Business Partners in the field. The Regional Manager, HRBP proactively partners with Operational Leaders to develop people plans and metrics that enable clinical and program outcomes, takes ownership of understanding state contract parameters and implications to HR practices, partners with HR Centers of Excellence to build and implement talent programs, develop tools to ensure that HR practitioners have what they need to perform their roles effectively, leads initiatives to ensure policy development aligns with state and federal statutes, monitors employee relations policies and practices to ensure they are applied uniformly across all contracts, monitors the performance management process across the organization, develops, writes and periodically reviews company policy and communicates changes when needed, oversees the quarterly analysis of tools used to monitor employee satisfaction and turnover, is responsible for the company handbook, owns and drives corporate HR initiatives that are pushed out to the full company, and works alongside in-house counsel on difficult employee relations issues.
