They will support and maintain the corporate spaces as designed and/or approved.Responsibilities:Support and maintain technologyDocument and Maintain Asset Inventory DatabaseRespond to assigned tickets and manage them in a Trouble Ticket SystemSupport Poly Platform - Endpoints and Infrastructure (RPRM & DMA)Support Zoom Platform - Upgrade and Manage Zoom Devices through the DashboardSupport Digital Signage PlatformPerform Preventive Maintenance on technologyPerform User Acceptance Testing (UAT)Perform on-call duty rotationPerform after-hour and weekend project workPerform Remote support of enterprise devicesPerform Remote support of fellow team members and other sitesManage local vendor relationship at the installation/site projects levelBasic Qualifications:High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certificationAt least 2 years of experience with Windows 10At least 2 years of Audio Visual experiencePreferred Qualifications:Associate's degree2+ years of TCP/IP networking experience1+ year of experience with Architectural and Wiring Drawings1+ year of experience in room control systems (Crestron or AMX)1+ year of experience with Audio DSP's, Digital Sound Consoles, or Digital Lighting Consoles1+ year of experience with Cloud based video conference platforms1+ year of experience with supporting Executive leadership1+ year of experience with mobile device supportAt this time, Capital One will not sponsor a new applicant for employment authorization for this position.No agencies please.
