We're one global team - 47,000 strong - driven by a common purpose to deliver a better world.Job DescriptionThe Project Manager will be directly responsible for monitoring and refining the long range and short term plans to ensure success on the project.The Project Manager will direct and coordinate the day-to-day activities in the field, manage and coordinate the flow of information, control costs, manage and control the schedule, implement and monitor the safety programs, and verify that the completed work is constructed to a quality level consistent with the requirements of the construction documents.The Project Manager works directly for the client PM supporting the strategic and tactical delivery of the project(s).The Project Manager role can be summarized to include:Monitor and refine Company personnel and resources for the project (s)Assist with preconstruction effortsManage all aspects of project from inceptionPrepare and execute Project Executive Planning for all internal and external stakeholdersReview trade contracts and bid packages, as well as oversee procurement processOversee performance of project including, project status, schedule, cost control, change management systemsMaintain relationships with Partners, designers and consultants and the GC teamAttend and lead project OAC meetings, including progress, pre-construction and pre-awardReview inspection and test data for compliance with specifications and standardsDevelop and maintain site logistics plan, in coordination with GC and Consultant teamSet-up QAQC procedures and conduct quality inspectionsDemonstrate commitment to an Injury-Free Environment through own actions and mentoring othersResponsible for the overall management administration to project and assists in establishing project specific objectives and policies.Provides management and guidance to subordinate managers, enforces company and project policies, and a primary liaison between AECOM and client interface.Oversees and ensures all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.Responsible for administering the project from budgeting/schedule stage through procurement and contract closeout. Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned project.Minimum RequirementsBA/BS in electrical and/or civil engineer degree + eight (8) years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or educationPreferred QualificationsNoneWhat We OfferWe will give you the flexibility you need to do your best work with hybrid work options.
