As a Senior Software Systems Engineer, you will maintain an overall mastery of all system implementation and functionality and will be responsible for providing oversight of system construction, testing, maintenance, including enhancements, upgrades and modifications as required.Required Skills / Experience:Ability to bridge the gap between mission users and system developers by providing authoritative understanding of the mission requirements through use experience designs, development of mockups, storyboards, navigation maps, wireframes and user interface/user experience (Ul/UX) guidelines.Capture test data for dataflow validation.Contribute to the preparation for and delivery of software system demonstrations to the user community.Proactively track and complete action items for the completion of mission customer on-boarding.Plan, track, and complete capability transition strategies, and other enterprise integration efforts. Proven experience with mission customer on-boarding to the ECDS and establishing their data flows within the cross-domain platform.Experience managing and leading technical teams.Experience with the customization of COTS products, Cloud based Saas development and software design and testing.Strong technical background in software development and testing; familiarity with Oracle, Microsoft databases, Java, and SQL.Excellent oral and written communication skills, including a demonstrated ability to explain complex technical issues to non-technical staff.Experience managing bi-directional cross domain services systems and software developers and testing personnel.
