We are seeking a Media and Events Project Manager to join our team, and spearhead both virtual and in-person events for the federal government. As a part of the duties, promotional media planning will be required to gain registrations to each event.The Media and Events Project Manager is detail oriented role, managing schedules and promotion planning, working directly with clients as well as internal staff. The Media and Events Project Manager interacts with program team, including billing and production departments daily and is responsible for the success of virtual and physical recruitment events. More About the Role:Daily interaction through the media planning and placement cycleImplementation and regular optimization of advertising campaignsBuilding effective relationships with media vendorsNegotiation with media vendors to achieve best value media buysPreparation of status reports and briefings for management and clientsDocumentation of media buy rationale including POVs and recommendations, with the goal of educating clients and instilling confidenceWorking with the Media and Events Account Coordinator, monitor performance of virtual events and assist with the smooth implementation of physical eventsResponsible for planning media placements, executing both virtual and physical events, and working with the creative team to provide creative assets. Maintain client relationships, presenting media plans and event requirements to the customer directly.
