Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Develop ServiceNow ITSM capabilities for Request Management, workflows, business rules, and scriptingEngineer other ServiceNow ITSM and core platform functionality capabilities as requiredDevelop applications including configuration, report development, and data migration, where applicableDevelop 3rd party integrations using REST APIsIdentify and implement technical best-practice solutions to address client requirements.Perform unit-testing and resolves code defectsAssist with technical design and documentationCollaborate with internal stakeholders and team members to build solutions in ServiceNow that support business requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's Degree and 7 or more years of relevant experienceExperience in software development and working on software development projects of varying size and complexityExperience with JavaScriptExperience developing APIsPrior experience using version control systems, like GitExperience with web site content development and testingMust be US CitizenPossession of a US government TS/SCI security clearance with polygraph is required.Preferred Qualifications:Certified ServiceNow Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) OR ability to secure itExperience with developing Service Catalog and ServiceNow workflows'Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architectureExperience with AJAX, JSON, NodeJS, AngularJS, and DB/data queryA high-level understanding of key security concepts.Experience deploying and maintaining ServiceNow Management, Instrumentation, and Discovery (MID) Servers a plusExperience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Common Service Data Model (CSDM) / and Discovery a plusExperience with JavaScript development or JavaScript development in ServiceNow components is a plusLogical problem-solving approach and the ability to clearly communicate the situation and proposed solution to the customerStrong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to present in a group settingPossesses a sense of urgency, strong organizational and follow up skillsWilling to get ServiceNow certification and be interested/willing to pick up ServiceNowSecurity Clearance Requirements:TS/SCI with CI PolygraphPhysical Requirements:Must be able to remain in a stationary position 75% of the time.Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery, such as a calculator, copy machine and computer printer.The person in this position frequently communicates with co-workers, management and customers, which may involve delivering presentations.
