Here, you will help lead our industry forward, enhance your technical expertise, and make your career.Job DescriptionAs a valued colleague on our team, you will design and develop routine solutions for information technology (IT) infrastructure environments, including coding, testing, and certifying technology platforms, software, and applications under direct supervision.THE IMPACT YOU WILL MAKEResponsibilitiesThe Network Operations Engineer role will offer you the flexibility to make each day your own, while working alongside people who care so that you can deliver on the following responsibilitiesDevelop routine solutions for application design and IT infrastructure components under the guidance of more experienced team members.Understand the end-to-end performance of fundamental IT platforms.Draft and maintain policies, guidelines, and standard operating procedures.Gather and report on the performance and capacity metrics for technology solutions.Provide onsite support, troubleshooting and hardware replacementCommunicate with end users to investigate issuesOn call engagement as needed for production impacting incidentsPlanned change implementation support as neededEngagement with engineering team members to collaborate on solutions and escalate issues QualificationsTHE EXPERIENCE YOU BRING TO THE TEAMDesired ExperiencesBachelor's degree or equivalentBasic to mid- level networking skills in one or more of the following technology areas (Cisco Meraki, Cisco Wireless and / or Cisco routing/switching)Should be willing to learn new technologies as we have a broader responsibility of support services within the network space.Sufficient problem solving and communication skills as you will interface with not only end users but also technology team members within operations and engineering space to troubleshoot issues and develop new solutions for deployment. Our team is collaborative and supportive of new members added to the group as we have grown significantly over the course of the last few years. We are also geographically and time dispersed since we maintain 24x7 support coverage for the environment.
